CUTLER — CALIFORNIA58 LOCAL. Tulare County’s Resource Management Agency identifies a $700,000 investment in Cutler Well No. 10 among a package of drinking-water and wastewater projects funded through federal American Rescue Plan Act resources.
Key details for the community
The county describes more than $12 million in projects for unincorporated communities, including water-main replacements, wells, generators, storage and wastewater improvements. Its program list associates the Cutler well project with a community of approximately 4,400 residents.
The funding listing demonstrates that a particular system improvement was included in the program; it is not proof the well has been commissioned or that drinking-water results have changed at every tap.
Residents should consult the utility’s current Consumer Confidence Report and state testing notices for health-related information, and ask the county which phase of the well project is complete.
For a water interruption or urgent quality alert, follow the current public water supplier’s notice rather than the older funding description.
